The week starts...
Jan. 11th, 2016 10:40 amI've hardly done a lick of work, but so far today, I've spent nearly three hours on hold and speaking with Blue Cross and various other entities involved in my health care.
In the middle of it all, I got a call from Blue Cross that disconnected when I picked up. Progress? No. And I gave up on the callback after nearly an hour on hold.
And the end result of all this "activity"?
To be honest, I have no idea if anything at all got accomplished, other than aggravate my blood pressure.
If I'm lucky, someone will call back to report the results of Friday's blood draw.
