there is a tune, a melody of brain waves, that we as adults are deaf to, are caught completely unawares when reminded of it, surprised when unremembered melodies spring into our mind and to our lips upon the occasional blissful thoughtless times - in the shower, in the car driving unhurried on a sunny day...
Perhaps these can be called moments of Zen, when all we are is what we are at that moment.
I am trapped now by thoughts of thinking, or rather, concepts of thought - metathoughts? Fascinated by the workings of the mind, and ever striving to recapture Krishnamurti's childlike mind.
