After quitting the Starbucks in Webster, I drove home via the Hong Kong market, where I picked up some food and arrived home only a few minutes after Natalie. After dinner, she asked if I would be interested in driving with her to her Wing Chun class (mostly to provide an air-conditioned environment in my rental car).
What the heck? Why not?
So here I am, at another Starbucks, trying out the T-Mobile service up in the Galleria area.
Oh, that felt pathetic. And I can't use accented letters (at least not Unicoded ones).
Cheers...

Date: 2003-05-21 12:39 am (UTC)If you want to avoid the subjunctive after 'avant que' (which means 'je doive', try 'il me reste... avant mon rendezvous'. And it's 'apprendre'. And 'pourrais' is conditional, 'pouvais' is past imperfect.
Also, try 'Mais comment m'y prendre?' for 'I don't know how to approach it'.
As I said, if you're interested in some 'colloquial' chat in which I offer my (not perfect) French, please *do* yell :)
