I can't figure what could possible have hit me with that kidney stone, but whatever it was, it killed my appetite and made me want to sleep. A lot.

Drew brought over a restaurant meal last night, one designed to get me interested in eating: prime rib. I managed to eat a couple of mouthfuls and then put the rest in the fridge.

I pretty much slept through the night, waking occasionally and finally finding it hard to stay asleep at around 5 am. I crawled out of the sack at 6 am, had a few more bites of the prime rib, and took it easy.

I was noticeably more active today, at least when compared to yesterday. I made some bank deposits, did a little work on the machines downstairs, set American Express onto Thrifty Rent A Car, and informed my client not to expect me in their offices on Monday morning.

I look forward to a good night's sleep.
