I was vectored over to Electric Venom to read a marvelous piece on the adventure of selling a home.

To make an already long story short, I asked our realtor to contact the realtor for the first set of buyers (the ones whose offer was 23% lower than what we wanted and whose realtor was an idiot) and share with them the detailed self-sodomy instructions which he now knew by heart.

My, my, my... certainly not genteel, but nevertheless an interesting turn of the phrase!
