Staving off the inevitable...

alexpgpAnother day of no phone cable, but I'm not complaining - merely observing that unless the promised weekend work comes through (and I'm fairly certain we'll be working Saturday), I'll be Out Of Touch™ on one or both days.
The client split the interpretation team yesterday, as folks were going to have to work fairly late to achieve a meeting milestone, but were not going to need both of us. I volunteered to be the morning person and come in early, while Maya gets to come in late (if life is fair, she should be in around noon... the team worked until about 11 pm last night).
In my copious spare time, I elected to eat in a restaurant last night, in a place called the Japanese Kitchen. All very nice. Then I went back to the room and did some maintenance, watched Terminator (which seems hokier and hokier with each viewing), and went to sleep.
The work day is about to start. I should go take my place.
