Assignment plate status: clear!
Dec. 2nd, 2006 08:03 pmWell, except for the review and actually sending the thing off, which I figure I'll do tomorrow early in the morning.
Just a few minutes ago, we finished watching a screener of Flight of the Phoenix, from a way long time ago. I enjoyed the film, and I think Galina did, too.
I forgot to go stop by the clinic yesterday to show them my arm (with its negative reaction to the TB test). I stopped by JSC, hoping against hope that there would be someone in the clinic, but that was not the case. I took a couple of photos, just in case, as I didn't really know what to do, except perhaps stop by a hospital or something, which I'm sure would cost a lot of cabbage. I'd rather take the test over, if required.
About 18 hours until embarkation, and I haven't given any thought to what I'll take, either in terms of clothes or books or recreational gear (not that I have much of the latter). I guess that'll be what I'll do tomorrow, after I send off the translation and invoice both it and this past week's work!
Cheers...
