What started out as a simple request for help turned into one of those dreaded "parent technical support" sessions between me (the parent) and Natalie (the support person), involving TeamViewer and ending with CCleaner.
Then again, despite the fact that I could probably stumble around and fix some items on my own Natalie knows this stuff cold (it's how she puts bread on the table), so her help was invaluable.
I just hope I can reciprocate, somehow.
