Ticking off those to-do items...

alexpgpIn between working on a couple of additional short items for today (done) and tomorrow (next), there's been a lot of busy work around here.
First there was the sales tax return, a quarterly nuisance that must be done by the 20th (or, as it turns out, the 21st if the 20th falls on a Sunday). Then I checked the status of my credit union account out in California (okay), and called about a transfer that I made online with my local bank, but which did not occur (looks like I'll have to print all of my browser screens for the near future).
Oh, and of course, I reviewed the translation and sent it off this morning.
* * * I had a sort of AHA! moment with the TWiki installation on evkokia. Between rereading an article in one of the Linux magazines from a couple of months ago and clicking around the pages, I've learned quite a bit. I'm also coming to the conclusion that it takes a little while to grok the paradigm, which may be a factor limiting broader use of the idea.
Or maybe it's just me. :^)
